4 Ways To A Powerful Pussy

As a woman who was born with a vagina I am continuously in awe of the power between my legs AND my fellow womb owners! Not only is the vagina a powerhouse of pleasure, but She (the vagina) is a source of great wisdom, insights, and creativity. Over the last 5 years I have been intimately journeying with my own pleasure palace and guiding 100’s of other women home to their own. I witness countless transformations through the power of pussy, and the some of my favourites are:

Believe me.. I know how that sounds. I’ve been hesitant to share the raw truth of this for years. But I won’t stay silent anymore (you’re welcome 😉 ). I want to introduce to you my dear woman, how you can start your own journey back into a right relationship with your vagina and realise the power of your own pussy.

Know your anatomy:
First things first. Can you locate and name each anatomical part of your vulva and vagina? Do you know where your 6 main pleasure zones are (yes there are more)? If not I would invite you to find a handheld mirror or my favourite closet door mirror and lovingly prop your intimate bits in front and spread wide with pride!

This is called mirror work. Once you can comfortably get a view of your vulva, observe and locate your anatomy and refer to the below image ❤️

Important Note; if this is new to you this may feel intimidating so go slow, and locate and feel any sensations in your body.

Healing:
You may notice during your mirror work emotions and strong feelings. It’s not uncommon to feel sad, cry, laugh or feel waves of love towards your pussy. Let anything arise naturally. Allow yourself to cry, this is a very healing process.

Some may also be able to pinpoint specific moments in time of painful events. Depending on how troubling this is for you, it may be wise to reach out for support from a practitioner to allow the healing process to harmonise your nervous system. You can reach out to me if you feel resonance here🌹

  • You may benefit from healing if:
  • 🥀 You can think of specific events immediately when you think about healing your pussy.
  • 🥀 On a scale of 1- 5; How arousing is it to cup your own vulva? (5 extremely arousing/sensitive, 1 don’t feel much/numb) Under 3 may benefit from healing
  • 🥀 Often experience pain during intercourse or have chronic mysterious tension in your vagina or pelvic region.

Talking to her:
The womb (uterus) holds great wisdom and what I like to refer to as an Oracle that provides guidance and insights on creative projects, ideas and setting boundaries.

In the beginning turning to your pussy may feel awkward, or you may only receive silence as you begin to reorientate your consciousness into your womanhood.

You can start with this simple practice:

  1. Begin yourself into a meditative state by focusing on your breathing.
  2. Bring your focus first to your vulva and clitoris.
  3. Then slowly with your own gentle awareness enter int your vagina. Observe what sensations are present.
  4. From here ask “what message do you want to share with me?”
  5. Listen if there are any words, colours, sensations or visuals with your awareness still inside your vagina.
  6. Alternatively you can ask any questions that you feel called to.
  7. Repeat this practice daily for 5 mins a day for as long as you feel called and keep track in a journal of all your responses.

Vagina training:
Now it’s time for bionic pussy super-powers! What is accepted as a “normal” vagina in the mainstream simply is not what is actually optimal – or even healthy IMO. What is considered as a normal vagina is one that needs lube, feels pain, doesn’t have internal orgasms, and passively receives penetration.

Let me express to you that though there is nothing wrong with needing lube, feeling pain, no internal spiritual orsgams or not using your vaginal walls to giving pleasure… I want to open your mind (and legs 😆 ) to what is your birthright, and the true power AND pleasure of your pussy!


What will first come to mind I’m sure are Kegel exercises. Kegel’s were invented in 1948 and since then many new developments in women’s pelvic and sexual health have been and continue to be uncovered. The sophisticated methodology I am sharing has been hidden and practised and proven for over 3000 years! You can think of Kegel’s as a very small introduction to what vagina training is.

Here is a simple foundational practice to start building awareness and strength:

  1. Take a deep breath in, and then on the exhale gentle squeeze and pull up your lower pelvic region and the entrance of your vagina.
  2. On inhale gently release the hold
  3. Repeat inhale and squeeze on exhale for 5 long slow breaths
  4. Rest for 3 minutes.

Your vaginal walls are surrounded by a complex system of muscles, nerves and organs. Muscles, nerves and organs all need time and repetition to build awareness, strength and new skills.

Note: Too much strengthening without the proper rest will create soreness and worsen Hypertonia. Make sure you consult a professional before you begin your vaginal training adventures! Once you have the proper training guidance you can soon develop into more advanced practices like giving a handjob or even stopping the ejaculation of your lover all with the power of your vagina!
